Pics of my Green Babies

As promised, here they are… my little green lovelies! (Click for larger images) Mother Nature may be playing a cruel April Fool's joke on us (it's been snowing all day… enough already!!) but I've got these little guys tucked in and warm.

Doesn't get much more (Eastern) Canadian than Tim Horton's cups and Keith's beer box. Ha!

So pretty

From left: Yum-yums, Tiny Tims, Little Sweeties, leeks, Scotias (crying to be repotted, which I did as soon as I drank more coffee!)

Go to the light, green dudes.

Here's what I've got started so far:
  • Peppers: Yum-yums, Early California Wonder, California Wonder
  • Tomatoes: Tiny Tim, Little Sweetie, Scotia, Sungold
  • Leeks
  • Green onion (not yet sprouted)
My furnace room smells heavenly!

  1. Hello Sarah, I found your blog through the G+ Growing food community. Your seeds are doing so well. They look great, and so many of them too.
I am from the UK and this year is my first year of gardening. I have a very small plot and I am hoping to improve my outdoor space by having an edible patio garden using pots and baskets.
I have sown my first seeds, some parsley and some chives, I have green shoots on the chives, isn't it lovely to see them grow.

Tell me what you think!
